The Best Alive provides custom, made-to-order creative and marketing services. Work begins with dedicated strategy, production, and creative time reserved specifically for you. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable and all sales are final. By placing an order or paying a deposit you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

What this means

Once payment is received we commit resources, schedule, and creative capacity to your engagement. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, delays caused by missing materials or approvals from your side, or dissatisfaction with creative direction that was delivered per the agreed scope.

Our guarantee instead of refunds

Where an engagement includes a written performance guarantee, the remedy is continued work at no additional cost until the target is met — not a refund. The exact terms of any guarantee are stated in that engagement’s written agreement. Nothing on this site promises specific business results outside of an engagement’s written guarantee.

Payments made in Bitcoin

Payments made in Bitcoin are final and non-refundable, the same as all other payments.

Disputes

If you believe an error was made with your order, contact us within 5 business days at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith to make it right — through corrected or additional work, not a cash refund.
