When you use our booking or newsletter forms we collect the details you submit (such as name, email address, and your message) solely to respond to you and, if you opt in, to send you our newsletter.

Store

If you purchase a service through our shop, WooCommerce processes your order details (name, billing contact, order contents). We do not see or store card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processor.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses functional cookies for caching and performance (LiteSpeed, Cloudflare) and may use analytics (Google Site Kit) to understand aggregate traffic. Embedded media (for example the Oflow Show player from oflowshow.com and YouTube videos) may set their own cookies, governed by those services’ policies.

How long we keep data

Form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to serve you. Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax obligations. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
